Earth Energy Landscaping & Premier Ponds has been featured on KRON's Saturday morning news as the opening feature landscape from the 2004 Peninsula's Spring Home and Garden Show and as a featured garden vignette from the 2004 San Mateo County Fair. A winner of the American Horticultural Society Environmental Award from the 2004 Peninsula Home and Garden Show, Earth Energy Landscaping & Premier Ponds goes above and beyond what most landscape companies do, exceeding the expectations of our clients. Among all the displays featured at the Home & Garden Show, Earth Energy Landscaping & Premier Ponds was chosen to be the showcase garden for the San Mateo County Expo Center's marketing postcard (seen at right).

Earth Energy Landscaping & Premier Ponds is the leader in display garden vignettes for the San Mateo County Fair and the only landscape company asked to display at the main entrance to the Fair in 2004. Awards won from this venue include First in Construction, First and Second for Tropical Theme, First for each class entered, and the Lou Schenone's Best of Show for the second year running.

Other recognition for Earth Energy Landscaping & Premier Ponds include multiple awards for the display at the 2003 San Mateo County Fair, including First in Construction Excellence, First in Overall Display and the winner of the Lou Schenone's Best of Show Award.

The work of owner Marc Hellmann has been featured on local television such as Henry's Garden, Evening Magazine, Channel 7 News weekend edition's gardening feature with Carolyn Johnson and was a winner in the Redwood City's Annual Mayor's Beautification Award. You can also find his work shown internationally on Univision under the section titled "Fotos" and sub-titled "Aires místicos y naturales en el jardín".

Most recently, Marc Hellmann was a participant and a winner at Aquascape Designs International Pondless Waterfall Contest, held in Chicago, IL in July 2004.

Looking at new ways to build a pond or want to get into the landscape industry? Then contact Foothill College's Horticultural Department where Marc will be a guest instructor on the topic of ponds in their new Pond & Pool course. He also speaks at the college in other horticultural classes as well.
